Delivery policy — NIXO

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, across all seven emirates. International shipping is not currently available.

Delivery charges

  • AED 35 for orders of AED 499 or less.
  • Free delivery for orders over AED 499.

Free delivery eligibility is based on the product total after discounts and before shipping charges. Delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery time

Expected delivery is 2–3 days after order confirmation. Please provide a complete delivery address and a correct contact phone number. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you with an update and the expected delivery date.

سياسة التوصيل — نيكسو Nixo

نوصل الطلبات داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط، إلى جميع الإمارات السبع. لا نوفر الشحن الدولي حاليًا.

رسوم التوصيل

  • 35 درهمًا إماراتيًا للطلبات التي تبلغ قيمتها 499 درهمًا أو أقل.
  • شحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز قيمتها 499 درهمًا إماراتيًا.

تُحتسب أهلية الشحن المجاني على قيمة المنتجات بعد الخصومات وقبل إضافة رسوم الشحن، وتظهر رسوم التوصيل قبل إتمام الشراء.

مدة التوصيل

مدة التوصيل المتوقعة من يومين إلى ثلاثة أيام من تأكيد الطلب. يرجى إدخال عنوان توصيل كامل ورقم هاتف صحيح. إذا حدث تأخير غير متوقع، سنتواصل معك لتوضيح حالة الطلب والموعد المتوقع.
